Because we are a small brand and many of our products are specially prepared or packed, we do not offer returns or refunds for general reasons such as change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

However, we do support our customers in case of damaged or defective products.

If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or defective, we will provide a replacement or refund.

  2. Share clear photos or videos of the damaged product.
  3. Provide your order number and details.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement product or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product ordered by the customer
  • Products that have been used or opened
  • Requests made after the allowed reporting period

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
